Zucchini salsa is hands down our favorite salsa. It is addictive, smokey flavored and thick so a little goes a long way. Paired with a bit of sour cream which takes a little of the bite away or reduce the amount of red pepper flakes for a milder snack. Those who try this never go back. I’m not exaggerating. It’s that good.
