We use this on all meat, not just chicken. It’s very versatile. I also mix it into the batter for fried chicken-delish!
Makes approximately 2 cups and stores in an airtight container for 6 months.
- 1/3 cup good quality sea salt
- 1/3 cup dried sage
- 1/3 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 3 Tbsps pepper
- 3 Tbsps dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper powder
- Mix together and store in an airtight container.
